The CEO’s little ones

Chapter 317

Chapter 317:.

The eroticism of the atmosphere and the owner’s gaze made Hayden blush immediately. He turned and ran out of the store.

“Are you guys playing games? We’re adults, dude, your girlfriend is the shyest woman I’ve ever…”.

He saw Leon’s face before he finished, wrapped in straps, Leon looked like a mummy. Apparently, the boy was even more shy than the girl.

Slightly, Leon nodded to the owner. Hidden by the mask and glasses, his expression was dark to the owner. He ran off in pursuit of Hayden, laughter in his eyes.

Unlike the innocence or glamour he used to have in his fake eyes, the laughter in them now was the most sincere feeling he’d had in years.

“I’m sorry.” Hayden apologized when Leon caught up to her, “I didn’t know it was a sex store.”

“It’s okay.” There was joy in his voice, “Don’t think I’m a kid, I’m an adult too.

Both of us being adults is exactly the embarrassing part. Hayden thought to herself.

To avoid the madness that had just occurred, Hayden decided to go back to the hotel where Leon was staying and booked a room there as well.

“Here’s your room card, miss.”

Hayden entered the elevator alone after receiving her card.

Although there was a code at the hotel prohibiting staff from violating guests’ privacy, there was no assurance that everyone would follow it. To avoid necessary problems, Leon had gone up earlier.

There is a balcony on every floor of the hotel. But it was so cold that everyone opted to stay in their room rather than go out on the balconies.

Hayden didn’t find Leon when he got there, the cold wind chilling him. Now he regretted agreeing to stay outside for a while with Leon.

“Hayden.”

Having grown up out of the country, Leon had a strange accent. But somehow he pronounced his name perfectly.

Hayden turned around to look at Leon; he had put on a thick coat and a blanket hung from his arm. He must have gone back to his room, no wonder he was late. “Put this on, the wind is too cold.”

She covered Hayden with the blanket.

Hayden felt very warm being wrapped in it.

“Thank you.”

“You’re welcome.” Leon smiled. Without his costume, he looked like a seventeen year old teenager when he smiled.

He reminded Hayden a lot of Freddie, but he had an aggressiveness that Leon didn’t have.

They both called Hayden the same thing, but they sounded different. Freddie sounded like a confident teenager while Leon sounded like an innocent child, like a son.noveldrama

He coughed at the thought and looked away from Leon.

“Tea with milk?”

“Is it still hot?” Hayden looked up at Leon in surprise, “You had them in your arms the whole time? They didn’t spill?”

Leon nodded and blinked.

Under the starry sky, they were lying in chairs conversing with a table between them.

“Leon, you know what, it doesn’t matter if a person can get over their past or not, they have to keep living, time won’t stop for them to think about it. And if you dwell on your past too long, you’ll find it very difficult when you want to get out of it.”

Leon glanced sidelong at the milk tea on the table. Hayden’s was half empty. Looking closely under the light, Leon could see a few grains at the bottom.

“Hayden, you must have some very good friends.” Leon lifted his head and looked at the sleepy girl next to him, conflicted, “Why are you so gullible?”

Hayden only felt dizzier and ended up falling asleep in the chair.

Midnight, a dim, yellowish light spilled over the hotel room.

On the balcony, someone’s whisper broke the silence of the night. “It’s all arranged, you’ll have the photos tomorrow morning.”

“…”.

“Now I don’t owe you anything, and don’t forget what you promised me”.

“…”.

Leon took a puff on the cigarette after hanging up the phone. He threw the cigarette butt into the wastebasket, walked off the balcony and into the room.

As he entered the room, a cold breeze blew. The girl on the bed shivered.

Leon walked over to the bed and lifted the blanket covering the girl a little.

“I’m sorry, Hayden. One has to live for one’s own benefits.”

By the morning of the next day.

Hayden’s head ached when he woke up. He felt as if he had a rock on top of him, so big he could barely move.

The first thing he saw was the white ceiling. The room was in semi-darkness, but the light filtering through the curtains told him it was already daylight.

Suddenly, the door was pushed open and light flooded the room.

“Joseph?” Frowning, Hayden raised her hand to shield herself from the light.

A cold breeze brushed against her as she pulled her hand out of the blanket.

She realized something was wrong.

She’s naked.

Joseph stood in the doorway. When he saw that Hayden was naked, the anxiety in his eyes disappeared and was replaced by surprise and anger.

He entered the room, burst into the bathroom and looked for something.

“What are you looking for?”

Briskly, Hayden sat up. His head was a mess and he asked the question unconsciously.

Soon, Joseph emerged from the bathroom with an expensive man’s watch in his hand.

“Tell me. What is this?”
